Structure : The machine is designed keeping in view the
stringent safety mechanisms for Guillotines and Three Knife Trimmers as specified by CE.
High Grade Cast Iron structures, engineered for maximum Rigidity and Durability are used
for the main frames. Various electro mechanical safety devices are used for attaining the
zero-failure conditions as specified by SHE (Safety , Health and Environment)
Drive System : A new type (applied for patent) Clutch and brakes
system is incorporated with spring action, which applies zero-zero stop brake in case of
power failure or operations not in accordance with the safety procedures.The speed is
reduced through two stage helical gear system which is continuously lubricated and calls
for very low levels of maintenance.
Trimming Process : The main feature of this machine is the
Optimisation of Trimming and Approach angle of the knives. Side Knife holders are guided
on TURCITE B slideways , the State of the Art Technology used in Higher end CNC Machines.
The front (Fore Edge) Knife provides the optimum cut with a Swing Action.
Safety : All doors are fitted with inter lock safety
switches which ensures highest safety of operations. The front Knife is shielded with a
cover to give protection during clamp, knife changes and routine maintenance.
Knife removal : The quick Knife Change system, as seen in
sophisticated On-Line Three knife trimmers, is easy to operate and saves considerable lead
time.
Simplicity : well marked control switches facilitates various
MODES of operations very user friendly.
Delivery System : For maintenance and removal of trimmed waste etc,
its often found that with the Chain delivery system between the operator and the machine,
the reach is not sufficient. A Swing Type Chain Delivery system (applied for patent) That
can be detached at one end from the mainframe and swung away solves this problem.
